Member Communication – 2026/2027 Season

Dear members,
We are now preparing for registrations for the 2026/2027 Lacrosse season, and we kindly ask that you complete your membership set up and payment. If you have previously paid by direct debit, please note that payments do not carry over automatically each season. A new payment/purchase must be set up for the 2026/2027 season.

Timperley Lacrosse Club is one of four sports sections of Timperley Sports Club (TSC), alongside Cricket, Hockey, and Football and all players are required to pay an annual TSC membership in addition to their sport-specific fees.

TSC Membership supports the shared running costs of the club’s facilities, such as the clubhouse, astro turf, floodlights, grass pitches, utilities, insurance, and staffing.

Lacrosse Fees cover the day-to-day running of the Lacrosse section including:
*Referee / umpiring fees.
*Volunteer coach training, qualifications, DBS checks & volunteer kit.
*Pitch maintenance & hire plus other associated costs.
*Trophies, tournaments, and sports equipment

*You can pay membership fees in full BY 30TH September or you can pay in smaller monthly instalments but you must have this set up by the end of September. When setting up instalments, the first payment will leave your account straight away and you can then choose the day in each month you want the payments to be collected and it is collected as 2 separate debits each month. One for the lacrosse section and one for the Sports Club as shown above.
*The default collection date for paying by instalments is the 1st of each month. You can change this when setting up instalments.
When purchasing U18 memberships please say YES to GIFT AID if
 eligible. The money reclaimed from HMRC comes back directly to
the Lacrosse section to reinvest back into Lacrosse- this makes a
real difference and is an easy way for us to fund-raise with your
help.

How to pay your 2026-27 TSC Annual Membership
Subscription-
All senior and junior members must be members of Timperley
Sports Club (TSC) to play Lacrosse for Timperley. Annual subs are
collected online via the TSC membership system (hosted on the FSI
 platform https://timperley.first-sports.com/ )
If you have been a member in previous seasons you should have already set up an account via the TSC (FSI) platform, simply log into your account (user name is
usually your email and you can reset your password if forgotten it)
and click on BUY MEMBERSHIP and select the membership 
category you wish to purchase.
To set up up your 2026-27 payment Go to https://timperley.firstsports.
com/.

If you're NEW TO TIMPERLEY LACROSSE CLUB, or haven't
 paid via the FSI system before, you need to Go To https://
timperley.first-sports.com/ and Register / Join and set up an
account.

When applying for an U18 membership, the parent/guardian needs to set up their own account first and then 'add family member' (your child) and then the parent selects 'Buy Membership' and selects the child to buy for. You can pay for multiple memberships in one product order.

No Pay No Play
In line with all sports at Timperley Sports Club, we operate a “no pay, no play” policy.
 So if not paid, set up or not been in touch about your subs, you'll not
 be selected to play as priority will be given to players who have 
paid, and finally.....
We appreciate that for some, these are uncertain times however we
hope that everyone involved in lacrosse at Timperley will also
appreciate the cost of offering so much lacrosse to all ages and
abilities.
If anyone has any concerns about paying their TSC /
 Lacrosse Fees please get in touch on a confidential basis with
 Emma Lee and as in previous years, where possible TSC and TLC will work with you to discuss suitable payment plans or support. Please have a chat asap and
we'll work with you where possible.
